Avanti finalized a $37 million Series A funding round as move towards launching a digital bank.

The funds would cover regulatory capital, engineering costs and other operating expenses needed to launch the digital asset bank.

Avanti has raised $44 million in total. The company is licensed by the State of Wyoming.

Series A shareholders include the institutional investors, cryptocurrency companies and family offices.
